Preowned Sneaker Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PREOWNED / USED SNEAKERS.
Because preowned sneakers are previously worn and may show signs of use, KicxGallery does not accept
returns, exchanges, or refunds on preowned or used sneakers.
All preowned sneakers are inspected and described to the best of our ability. Photos and descriptions are
provided so customers can review the condition of the sneakers before purchasing.
By purchasing a preowned or used pair of sneakers from KicxGallery, you acknowledge and agree that:
 The sneakers are preowned/used and may show signs of wear, including creasing, scuffing,
discoloration, sole wear, stains, or other imperfections.
 Any noticeable flaws or condition issues identified by KicxGallery will be disclosed in the listing and/or
shown in the product photos.
 Colors and condition may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
 Minor imperfections consistent with normal wear are not considered defects.
 All sales of preowned/used sneakers are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted due
to size, fit, condition, appearance, or buyers remorse.
Authenticity & Listing Accuracy
KicxGallery stands behind the authenticity and accuracy of its listings. If you believe you received an item
that is materially different from the description or the wrong item was shipped, please contact KicxGallery
as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
This policy applies specifically to preowned/used sneakers. New/deadstock items may be subject to a
separate return policy as stated on the individual listing.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing, photos,
description, and condition of the sneakers and agree to the terms of this policy.

New / Deadstock Sneaker Return Policy

KicxGallery wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. New/deadstock sneakers may be
eligible for a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:
 The sneakers have never been worn or tried on outdoors.
 The sneakers are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
 The original sneaker box, accessories, tags, packaging, and any included materials are returned with
the sneakers.
 The sneaker box has not been damaged, marked, taped, or used as a shipping box.
 The sneakers show no signs of wear, dirt, creasing, or other use.
 The return is approved by KicxGallery before the item is shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
 Sneakers that have been worn or used.
 Sneakers with dirt, scuffs, creasing, stains, or other signs of wear.
 Sneakers returned without the original box or included accessories.
 Sneakers with a damaged or altered box.
 Items that have been altered, customized, or modified after purchase.
 Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.
 Purchases made through a platform or marketplace whose return policy differs from this policy. In
those cases, the platforms policies may apply.

Return Shipping
Unless the item received is incorrect, damaged during shipment, or materially different from the listing
description, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
KicxGallery recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance when appropriate.
KicxGallery is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned sneakers are received and inspected, KicxGallery will determine whether the item
meets the requirements of this return policy.
If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original
shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
If the returned sneakers do not meet the return requirements, the return may be denied and the sneakers
may be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
Wrong, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong pair of sneakers, an item that was damaged during shipping, or an item that is
materially different from the listing description, please contact KicxGallery as soon as possible.
Please provide photographs of the sneakers, packaging, and shipping box so the issue can be reviewed.
Important Condition Requirement
New/deadstock sneakers must remain completely unworn and in the same condition in which they
were sold.
Please carefully review the size, model, colorway, and listing photos before purchasing. Trying sneakers
on indoors may still affect their condition, particularly if the sneakers show signs of creasing or wear.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing, product details,
photos, and return policy and agree to these terms.
